Opened in 2017 The Chi Spot has been mindfully designed to change the way you see fitness. Each class or session will be led by qualified professionals who will make sure you get the attention you deserve.

What is the UN-GYM? This is not a gym. In fact we are the opposite. After your session at the Chi Spot you will feel results immediately. All of our sessions have been tailored to meet all fitness levels and our trained professionals will drive you to achieve your goals. Our classes are small so everyone gets detailed attention. Whether you are working with one of our Certified Personal Trainers or in a Group class, you will get attention unlike the traditional Gyms.

Don’t feel like being in a group class or with a Trainer? We’ve got you covered. Come to our SPIN Cinema or enjoy a Hypervibe Session. One of our staff will set you up in the SPIN Cinema where you can enjoy a 60-90 minute ride while enjoying the scenes of some of the most exotic places in the world.

Our Class Schedule

Hot Yoga - This 75 minute Hot Yoga class is a Hatha based Yoga class under 100-104 degrees. During this class you will increase flexibility while focusing on strength and balance. Bring a mat, towel and water bottle.

Restorative Yoga - This class is 1 hour long and consist of 5 total positions. The instructor in this class will offer individual adjustments and touch pressure points. Generally restorative poses relieve stress by taking students into a deep state of relaxation. It also stimulates and soothes organs and improves concentration.

Circuit Training Workout - Circuit training is a form of body conditioning or resistance training using high-intensity aerobics. It targets strength building and muscular endurance. An exercise "circuit" is one completion of all prescribed exercises in the program. When one circuit is complete, one begins the first exercise again for the next circuit.

TRX - TRX is a weightlifting workout WITHOUT the weights! Using straps suspended from the ceiling, you use your own bodyweight to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. This workout is suitable for beginners to advanced clients simply because each movement can be made as easy or as difficult as your body needs. Instructors are all trained and certified to help with any modifications needed throughout this class.

Kickboxing - A combination cardio kickboxing class with punching, kicking, and rhythmic movements set to heart pounding. Kickboxing with Lisa is designed to melt away pounds and inches while targeting every muscle group in the entire body. Burn more calories then ever while increasing endurance and muscle tone, improving coordination and flexibility and getting in the best shape of your life.

YIN Yoga - Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with poses, or Asanas, that are held for longer periods of time—five minutes or more per pose is typical. Yin yoga poses apply moderate stress to the connective tissues of the body—the tendons, fascia, and ligaments—with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. A more meditative approach to yoga, yin aims at cultivating awareness of inner silence, and bringing to light a universal, interconnecting quality. YIN Yoga is appropriate for all levels. We encourage Weight Lifters who have never practice Yoga, to begin with this class. YIN is a perfect compliment to all fitness levels.

SPIN CINEMA - Each Virtual SPIN Class take a ride to a new exotic place. Our SPIN room is outfitted to make you feel like you are really there with a big screen in front of you to give you the feel. Pace yourself to get a fierce workout or come on in and just enjoy the ride.

Classes are limited in size. Our classes are small so our professionals can tailor your workout to meet your specific needs. Reservations are recommended to guarantee your place in class.
